Pizza Sunday with a wood-fired oven!

We repeated the success. We fire up our wood-burning oven and make Italian stone oven baked pizza. We set all the doughs several days before to double ferment the pizza dough. We are looking forward to pizza day at Haaheim.

The oven is fired from 12-17. Everyone is welcome!
